And, more often than not, it\u2019s the tough stuff that becomes the focus of these stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although everyone reacts to the news differently, certain headlines and content can be distressing for some people. They may bring up feelings of fear, panic, anxiety, <a href=\"https:\/\/kidshelpphone.ca\/get-info\/questionnaire-reflecting-on-feelings-of-sadness\/\">sadness<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/kidshelpphone.ca\/get-info\/how-cope-feeling-angry\/\">anger<\/a> and stress.
